**Position Summary**

The Campaigns Specialist leads the collaborative effort between internal stakeholders, Creative and Channel Teams to manage integrated marketing campaigns as assigned from planning through execution. Ranging from external marketing campaigns to internal communications strategies, this incumbent is a key stakeholder in establishing the annual Marketing Calendar. This role is analogous to an Account Manager on Princess Auto's in-house Marketing Team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develops business cases for marketing programs and makes recommendations on best marketing tactics and practices.
- Builds relationships and manages stakeholder expectations in the planning and delivery of campaigns
- Establishes campaign briefs in advance of facilitating marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for project planning and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across internal and external channels and segments in support of our overall strategic Marketing plan
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing collateral.
- Reviews layout and advertising copy for adherence to brand standards.
- Communicates detailed campaign information to stores and affected Team Members; addresses and resolves inquiries.
- Reviews, analyzes, and reports on assigned campaigns.
- Facilitates key relationships with external vendors and establishing vendor guidelines in advance of campaigns.
- Tracks invoicing and expenses against department budget, ensuring that campaigns adhere to forecasted amounts.
- Acts as primary point of contact for marketing or special events. This can include tactical retail marketing initiatives, retail point of sale or point of purchase programs, special events, in-store campaigns, or sponsorships.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency of programs.
- Attends events as required.
- Acts as a cross-functional alternate.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing. Experience with a multi-unit national Retailer is considered an asset.
- Knowledge and understanding of Princess Auto’s product offering is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading and speaking.
- Ability to independently make effective marketing recommendations with consideration to audience, objectives and budget
- Excellent organization, project, and time management skills; high attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of Customer Journey, Marketing Channels and Campaign Analytics
- Demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
- Fluent in English, French an asset.
- Ability to travel
