**As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will**:

- Own end-to-end data flow per campaign ensuring data accuracy and consistency in marketing operations systems including legal requirements.
- Provide visibility and insights on campaign results with key stakeholders and recommend the best course of action to reach campaign goals.
- Help develop and maintain documentation, internal campaign playbook, and road maps for all processes that support campaign operations.
- Work across departments to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns.
- Be accountable within the Asana team workflows for MOPs related go-live website requirements (forms, webinar builds, testing, etc.).
- Use Asana as a work management tool to execute and track campaign requests.

**What YOU bring to the table**:

- 3+ years' experience as a Marketo power user.
- Experience with work management software is a plus, Asana preferred.
- Confident in working with MS Excel, HTML, CSS.
- Data-driven, highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.
- Strong bias for automation and machine-learning solutions for efficiency and performance.
- Experience executing B2B campaigns, managed in accordance with industry best practices.
- Organizational skills with ability to focus on details while handling a high workload.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, lead scoring, lead nurturing and demand generation reporting.
