En tant que Conseiller(ère) expérience employé, vous fournirez le support aux solutions et stratégies nécessaires à résoudre une multitude d’enjeux reliés aux processus Employés et Culture. Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec l’équipe de la Gestion Stratégique des Talents, les Centres d’Excellences et les leaders opérationnels avec comme objectif de créer une expérience employé soutenue et cohérente tout au long du parcours d’un employé.

Vous démontrerez une compréhension approfondie de la stratégie Employés et Culture de WSP, avec un focus sur l’intégration de la gestion stratégique des talents, incluant le support à notre stratégie de redéploiement, guidant une culture de haute performance et de diversité. En adressant avec efficience les enjeux de relation de travail grâce à un support efficace de nos gestionnaires, vous veillerez à ce que WSP demeure un employeur de choix, tout maintenant un niveau d’engagement élevé avec nos employés.
Vous deviendrez un responsable d’expertise dans des domaines clés de l’expérience employé et fournirez conseils et expertise aux gestionnaires ainsi qu’à notre équipe de Gestion Stratégique des Talents. Ceci inclus le support aux employés en développement ainsi que le support aux gestionnaires sur les façons de tirer le meilleur de leurs équipes.
Vous créérez des partenariats solides et efficaces avec nos divers intervenants RH, comme les autres membres de l’équipe Expérience Employé, la Gestion Stratégique des Talents, ainsi que les Centres d’Excellences afin d’offrir un service de haut niveau à nos partenaires internes. Vous aurez aussi à créer des liens au sein des Services Corporatifs WSP afin de perpétuer et développer encore davantage la collaboration.
Vous veillerez au maintien de la réputation de notre équipe Employés et Culture en étant un ambassadeur de nos programmes ainsi qu’en supportant le déploiement de nos programmes Centre d’Excellence, en plus de définir et de livrer nos solutions RH.
Les Conseillers Expérience Employés ont une multitude d’interactions avec collègues, gestionnaires, employés et nos leaders lorsqu’ils répondes aux besoins et questions reliés aux politiques et processus RH. Vous aurez à interagir avec nos équipes des services juridiques, finances et autres afin de déterminer les actions à prendre afin de mener à terme vos différents dossiers.
- Gestion de la performance : Offrir support et conseils sur différents enjeux liés à la gestion de la performance. Travailler en partenariat avec les Conseillers Gestion Stratégique des Talents, les gestionnaires et autres leaders afin d’adresser les enjeux et écarts de performance en menant les discussions menant à l’identification des solutions. Offre du coaching aux gestionnaires sur tous les aspects de gestion de la performance et du feedback.
- Relations de Travail: Mène les enquêtes internes et déploie les mesures nécessaires en fonction de nos protocoles afin de veiller au respect de tous en plus de minimiser les risques pour l’organisation. Collabore conséquemment avec nos services juridiques, santé et sécurité, finance et autres parties prenantes internes au besoin.
- Gestion des Talents: Personne ressource pour les outils de développement et de compétences pour les gestionnaires et collègues. Accompagner les employés dans la création de leur Plan de Développement Personnel afin de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de carrière chez WSP.
