**We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic person with Real Estate Reception Experience to our Realtor Support Team.**

**Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones and Taking Messages
- Booking/Confirming Appointments using Brokerbay
- Uploading Listings to Toronto MLS and ITSO Boards
- Preparing Offers, Waivers, and Other Legal Documents using Webforms/Skyslope
- Receiving Deposit Cheques/Creating Receipts
- Assisting Agents with various tasks
- Keeping office areas clean and stocked

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Reception experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized
- Must Have Exceptional typing skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
- **Availability Required**: Evenings and weekends - Some daytime

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Admn: 1 year (preferred)
