**DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**

Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire d’expérience client, d'adhésion et d’événements, le coordonnateur(ice) des événements et de locations fera partie intégrante de l’équipe de développement du Y. Le coordonnateur(ice) de l’événement et de locations sera responsable de la location des installations, des fêtes d'anniversaire, de la logistique et de l'exécution de plusieurs événements liés à nos campagnes de collecte de fonds tout au long de l'année. Cette personne sera également responsable de la création et de la diffusion de diverses communications avec les donateurs liées aux événements, ainsi que de l'organisation d'autres initiatives au Y. En outre, le coordinateur(ice) soutiendra l'équipe de développement dans les relations avec les donateurs et les tâches générales de collecte de fonds en rapport avec les événements de collecte de fonds. Ce poste nécessite de travailler tôt le matin et le soir, et éventuellement le week-end, pour des réunions avec des bénévoles et des événements.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

Le Coordinateur d’Événements et de Locations aura les principales responsabilités suivantes. Il ne s’agit pas d’une liste exhaustive:
❖ Planifier, coordonner toute la logistique et l'exécution de tous les événements, y compris (mais sans s'y limiter) la préparation et le suivi des budgets, l'obtention et la négociation avec divers fournisseurs, et la coordination du personnel et des bénévoles.

❖ Suivre et collecter les informations et les données pertinentes afin d'évaluer les événements et d'en rendre compte.

❖ Communiquer et coordonner les bénévoles et les comités d'événements, en collaboration avec l'équipe de développement.

❖ Créer divers documents relatifs aux relations avec les donateurs, au parrainage et à l'intendance, y compris rédiger le contenu, superviser la conception et distribuer des bulletins d'information, des invitations, des lettres de remerciement, etc. en collaboration avec les équipes de marketing et de développement.

❖ Diriger, mettre à jour et gérer diverses pages web relatives aux événements et aux dons.

❖ Superviser toutes les locations des installations, y compris les besoins internes.

❖ Créer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris les participants, les donateurs, les bénévoles, les partenaires, les vendeurs et les lieux.

❖ Élaborer des stratégies pour augmenter les locations et les forfaits pour les fêtes d'anniversaire, y compris la gestion des entrepreneurs externes pour les fêtes et les événements.

❖ Des responsabilités supplémentaires seront attribuées, au besoin

❖ Baccalauréat, baccalauréat en commerce ou autre diplôme universitaire pertinent souhaitable

❖ Idéalement 2 à 3 ans d’expérience de travail pertinent (planification et budgétisation)

❖ Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris de solides compétences en rédaction, tant en français qu’en anglais

❖ Organisation, sens de la technologie et souci du détail

❖ Solides compétences décisionnelles et de résolution de problèmes, capacité à établir des priorités

❖ Esprit d’initiative proactif et capacité à travailler en équipe ou de façon autonome

❖ Expérience en collaboration avec des comités, des bénévoles, des partenaires, des commanditaires, des donateurs ou des clients

❖ À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et programmes

❖ Souplesse et volonté d’assumer d’autres responsabilités pour faire progresser les objectifs de l’organisation

❖ Expérience souhaitée en communication et/ou en marketing, ou dans un domaine connexe

❖ Expérience des organismes sans but lucratif et de la collecte de fonds, un atout

❖ Expérience des plateformes numériques de sensibilisation (c.à-d. Constant Contact), des logiciels de collecte de fonds entre pairs (c.à-d. AKA Raisin) et/ou des logiciels de gestion des donateurs ou des outils de gestion des relations avec la clientèle, un atout.
