Real Estate Rental Sales Coordinator

**Compensation**: Commission based not capped (OTE: ≈$57,600-95,000)

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and energetic Rental Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in marketing, conducting property visits, closing sales, and ensuring a seamless rental process for our clients. **Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:
- Create engaging and current marketing posts for the rental properties.
- Keep listings up to date in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property visibility.
**Sales and Customer Interaction**:
- Conduct property visits, showcasing rental units to potential tenants.
- Close rental deals and ensure a positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and establish rapport with clients.
**Verification and Background Checks**:
- Verify tenant identities and conduct necessary background checks.
**Organization and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems.
- Keep track of all interactions, contracts, and client information.
**Hybrid Role**:
- Balance remote and on-site work, adapting to the needs of the role.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions at RentBolt's head office.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate management/rentals.
- Costumer facing role. Working proficiency French and English required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with CRM tools.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable car for property visits with RentBolt.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Extroverted personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to work full-time and embrace the commission-supported earning model.
