We're seeking a dynamic, highly-detailed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with front desk duties.
**Responsibilities**:
**Transaction Coordination**:
- Manage real estate/financial transactions with precision.
- Ensure timely processing of documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents and directors.
**Front Desk**:
- Warmly greet visitors and assist with inquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Transaction Coordination or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Apple systems, canva, dropbox and computers.
**Additional Skills**:
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Well-groomed and approachable.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to clearly convey information both in written and verbal form.
- Interact professionally with team members, clients, and other agents.
