Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 957000 Alberta Ltd O/A All India Grocery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient shipping methods to meet our customers' needs.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match our orders and are in good condition.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record all transactions, including shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
  • Supervise Material Handlers: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the supervision of material handlers and helpers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliability.
