Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at AAA Precision Industries ltd. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
