**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette to clients and visitors.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Collect the necessary documents
- Order appraisals & Upload documentations.
- Maintain organized office files and documentation for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow across departments.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills are required for effective communication and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask is necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $33,476.39-$86,767.37 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Markham, ON L3S 0B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Mortgage industry: 1 year (preferred)
