**Why this Role?**:
The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team. This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.

This is a hybrid position and is based in our Waterloo, ON office. The compensation package for this role is a base salary plus a target bonus. The total compensation range for this position in Waterloo is $72,000 - $78,000.

**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Engage in client-facing activities, such as conducting demos, gathering requirements, and building relationships.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and milestone reviews.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Regularly communicate project progress, updates, and risks to clients and stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

**You may be a good fit if you**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- Have proven experience in project management, including client-facing roles and leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Are a quick thinker, capable of making sound decisions under pressure and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Have demonstrated ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a charismatic and engaging personality, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
- Are proficient in project management software and tools.
- Have business acumen and the ability to analyze projects from a strategic and financial perspective.
