We are dedicated to providing high-quality property management services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary**: The Junior Property Manager will assume responsibility for residential, rural and out-of-town properties. Additionally, this position will support the Senior Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the company’s core properties. On a day-to-day basis, this role requires travelling to and from the office and residential and rural properties and communicating with the owners of these properties and with contractors/service providers. It is important for this role that interested applicants be willing to travel on a regular basis to visit out-of-town properties (estimated at 6-8 times per month) to meet with tenants and to ensure properties are being well maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company’s residential, rural and out-of-town properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including lease agreements and property reports.
- Assist in the enforcement of lease terms and property rules and regulations..
- Assist with tenant move-in and move-out procedures.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s core properties.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of (or working towards) a post-secondary education in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
