We provide top quality millwork and interior finishes for retail, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, industrial and multi-unit residential projects.

We are currently looking for a Junior Finisher to join our dynamic team
- Ability to succeed in a high paced environment while maintaining an exceptional level of product quality.
- Assist with providing clean, high quality, clear lacquer spray finishes in a variety of sheens.
- Assist with providing tinted or coloured lacquer finishes in a clean, high-quality finish.
- Assist with providing uniform wiping stain or spray stain finishes.
- Assist with performing suitable steps of sanding in between finishing/sealing coats and performing wood sanding where necessary.
- Develop a keen eye for colour matching and quality including inspecting millwork and making quality control decisions.
- Perform mixing techniques and learn how to make adjustments to stains or paints
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of spray booth and equipment, including items such as air lines.
- Possess good knowledge of various woodworking materials.
- Proficient at managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to keep accurate records of procedures as are standard to our practice and required for the sampling process.
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting and help solve any product or equipment problems effectively.
- Move or lift millwork products as required to suit finishing requirements.
- Occasionally package or wrap finished products to prepare them for the Shipping Department.
- May be required to install or assist on an install, as well as provide additional assistance within other areas of the CCW shop.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with management and teammates.
- Always follow all proper maintenance, sanitation, and health and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Other duties as assigned by a Supervisor, Lead-Hand, or Manager, within the employee’s skill and ability. These may include, but are not limited to, Custom Assembly and/or bench work.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude.
