**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in business administration, public administration, communications or other relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years of recent, related experience*; **OR**:
- Diploma in business administration, public administration, communications or other relevant discipline and a minimum of 4 years of recent, related experience*; **OR**:
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Related experience must include:
- Developing and implementing a range of partners and change management strategies and methodologies.
- Developing and implementing strategic communications and leading partner issues management.
- Managing multiple assignments or projects or leading a component of a significant project that affects many external partners.
- Building partnerships and managing relationships with senior level internal and external partners.
- Leading and managing a team of multidisciplinary staff, managing performance and assignment of workload.
- Experience in transformative organization change.
- Preparation of strategic briefing materials for senior officials.
- Five (5) or more years of related experience.
- 3 years of recent experience in large scale organizational change management and issues strategy planning.
- 3 years of recent experience in partner engagement.
- 3 years of recent experience managing complex files and projects.
- 3 years of recent experience managing diverse workloads proactively, effectively, independently and under pressure.
- Prosci Change Management certification.
