Gibbys Electronics Supermarket is looking for a high-caliber and enthusiastic new Marketing Manager to join our growing team. It is a new position to oversee a small team of designers and our social media executive. The new manager will direct promotional campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Strategize**: Proposing marketing strategies to boost conversion and improve our online presence. A key part of the job is to make sure that the electronics we carry come up on top in search results
- **Campaign planning and budgeting**: Devising clear digital marketing plans for Google Shopping, SEM, Display Ads and Social campaigns, with a target to increase our market share against major competitors
- **Analysis**: Filter through information about the electronics we carry, and make the most cost-effective marketing recommendations
- **Ideation**:Synergize with the team and come up with creative promotion ideas for our seasonal promos
- **Directing the team**: Collaborating with our designers, videographer, social media manager and other teams to deliver effective ad creatives and campaigns
- **Execution**:Set up and run ad campaigns with the best practices and drive conversion
- **Active monitoring**: Providing timely insights, adjusting campaign content and budget based on real-time results
- **Reporting**:Analyzing campaign effectiveness and proposing future improvements in reports
- **Brand maintenance**: Maintaining a cohesive image in all of our marketing efforts and touchpoints
- May also need to oversee print media and other brand-related promotions

**What you have**:

- Insights and vision on how to drive business growth with digital marketing
- High analytical and organizational skills to direct the team
- A flexible mind to navigate new challenges
- A good understanding of customer mentality
- Proficiency with common digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ad Manager, Google Merchant Centre, Google Keyword Planner, Meta Ads Manager, tracking pixels, etc.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign planning and management
- Experience with managing shopping campaigns with a large product pool will be a strong advantage
- Knowledge with DSPs, Google Analytics and Amazon marketing will be a plus
- Knowledge with Shopify also a plus, since we will be switching to a new Shopify site soon

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
