Le Groupe recherche pour l'équipe commerciale basée au Canada (**Montréal**) un(e) Key Account Manager Canada H/F.

**VOS MISSIONS**

Rattaché(e) directement au Key Area Director, les principales missions seront les suivantes:
1) Appliquer la politique commerciale définie avec le Key Area Director et la Direction Commerciale sur son secteur:

- Gérer des comptes clés placés directement sous la responsabilité du KAD et participer à la stratégie commerciale du pays et de sa mise en place
- Construire et mettre en œuvre le plan de développement de sa gamme
- Promouvoir les marques leaders et challengers et les propriétés phares du groupe
- Établir les objectifs prioritaires quantitatifs et qualitatifs
- Faire appliquer les politiques tarifaires et commerciales.

2) Proposer des adaptations de la gamme en fonction du marché et avec le regard GCF:

- Analyser les concurrents, comprendre le rayon du client, découvrir les « gaps » (les produits manquants), les bons positionnements prix
- Élaborer des solutions correspondantes aux besoins du client
- Optimiser les placements et négocier des référencements
- Être force de proposition pour valoriser son secteur
- Être en relation avec les différents services de l’entreprise (marketing, ADV, œnologues ) pour optimiser, faire évoluer et valoriser la gamme.

3) Construire des relations durables et qualitatives avec ses clients:

- Connaitre ses clients et identifier les interlocuteurs périphériques
- Maîtriser les circuits de décisions de ses clients
- Assurer un lobbying permanent auprès des décideurs (prouver la performance de nos produits et montrer le savoir-faire du groupe).

4) Gérer la relation avec les clients:

- Négocier les accords, référencements et moyens promotionnels
- Faire le suivi administratif des négociations (Informations référencements et promotions, suivi budgétaire des accords, comptes rendus, suivi des référencements)
- Gérer et solutionner les litiges paiements et qualités
- Mener des actions de prospection

5) Préparer les réunions clients:

- Définir et communiquer l’ordre du jour
- Préparer et réunir tous les documents nécessaires à la réunion (chiffres )
- Réaliser les comptes rendus de visites.

6) Assurer le reportant et suivre les tableaux de bord:

- Mettre à jour mensuellement le Business Plan Groupe (nouveau référencement, déréférencement )
- Suivre le planning de disponibilités des Ventes sur son secteur
- Suivre les activations terrain (promotion / mise en avant) et être force de proposition
- Gérer les prévisions des ventes (promotions : voir stocks et disponibilités)
- Gérer les stocks des articles spécifiques des clients (produits finis et Matières sèches) en cas de baisse de volumes ou de déréférencement

7) Réaliser les comptes rendus de visites.

**VOTRE PROFIL**

**Nous recherchons un gestionnaire ayant un profil financier ou d’analyste**

**Formation initiale**:
Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en marketing ou administration ou Ecole de commerce.

**Expérience professionnelle**:

- Expérience en tant que Commercial(e) export, expérience dans la gestion des comptes clés export et idéalement dans le milieu du vin en France ou à l’étranger, de préférence en Amérique du Nord.

ET / Ou
- Expérience en gestion de fournisseur au sein d’une agence de représentation au Canada.

**Savoirs/Connaissances**:

- Etre à l’aise avec les chiffres, et l’analyse de performance des produits et leur rentabilité.
- Maîtrise des techniques de négociation
- Connaissances basiques en Vins et spiritueux
- Anglais et français courants
- Maitrise d’Excel est essentielle
- Sens de l’organisation, des responsabilités, rigueur
- Esprit constructif, force de recommandation,
- Goût du challenge, qualités relationnelles
- Esprit d'équipe, qualités relationnelles pour animer et stimuler nos clients et nos consommateurs.
