**Position Overview**: The Office and Accounting Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the accounting, office administration and operations department. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, assisting with payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Follow up on overdue payments and handle discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.

**Financial Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain and update accurate financial records.
- Prepare reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.

**Payroll Assistance**:

- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.

**Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

**Audit and Compliance**:

- Ensure that accounting procedures comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize files and records.
- Provide administrative support to the various team as needed.
- Assist with office organization and day-to-day operations.

**Communication**:

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on accounting matters.
- Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and records.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
