**Wesgrove is hiring an Office Administrator**
As a growing residential construction company, we seek a talented and dynamic Office Administrator to join our close-knit team.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a wide variety of administrative tasks and can work independently with little or no supervision.

**About you**
- Proactive and detailed oriented individual
- Proved track record in project administration and office management
- Ability to follow, adhere to, and develop standard operating procedures
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to hold others accountable
- A tech-savvy professional with experience learning and integrating new software into their day-to-day operations and training others.
- Ability to handle diverse responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and management of personal appointments and tasks
- Handle incoming calls to ensure smooth communication and proper routing of information within the organization
- Maintain internal documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for team members
- Organize internal and external meetings, overseeing logístical arrangements such as location and food, etc.

**Requirements**:
- 4+ years in a similar position (office administration)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new project management and office productivity tools
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Familiarity with the construction industry
