**Job Summary**
Viacore Head office is looking for Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Administrator to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Administrator will perform various Accounts Payable and related tasks and procedures in a high-volume fast-paced company, assist with the setting up of online rent and utility payments for 28 Canadian branch locations, company credit card program administration, ordinary office/facility administration for a small office. It is a full-time permanent position. This full time position it is 37.5 hours hours a week.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**AP related tasks including but not limited to**:
- Data entry and AP bill indexing
- Manage AP/vendor workflows.
- Code and post AP bills/vouchers to correct GL accounts into the system.
- Ensure bill copy and/or other supporting documents are properly attached to vendor bills and other payable related transactions.
- Perform 3-way match for POs, bills, and packing slips.
- Investigate and seek approval of discrepancies (above threshold) of bills and PO/packing slips
- Review, reconcile, and investigate vendor account statements.
- Assist with timely AP month-end closing cut off.
**Admin related tasks including but not limited to**:
- Company credit card program administration
- Office mail and courier
- Order office supplies
- Occasional office/facility related/general duties.
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, processes, and procedures
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time management
- A true team player
- Sense of urgency and task ownership
- Experience in NetSuite an asset
