The **Talent Intern** will provide support to the Talent team through the organizations current strategy as it relates to performance management, succession planning and learning and development.

The intern will report directly to the Manager, Talent Development.

**Role Details**
- Support program development activities for full cycle talent programs, such as researching best practices, drafting communications, and preparing guides and toolkits.
- Support the creation of talent dashboards using PowerBI to provide a view on key talent metrics.
- Support miscellaneous special projects, including culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Current Undergraduate Student in Business or Business Management.
- Courses in Data Science, Human Resources, IT an asset.
- Motivated with the ability to learn new technology platforms (HRIS, MS PowerApps, SharePoint).
- Strong level MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, with ability to take the lead on a project.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Positive and professional demeanor, focused on providing exceptional customer service to client group.
