**Salary**: $62,771-$78,468 hiring range (commensurate with experience)

University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Talent Acquisition Consultant in our Talent Acquisition Department.

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant and collaborative Human Resources professional, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse client portfolio in a complex and stimulating environment.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Management of full-cycle recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Act as a strategic partner in training and supporting Hiring Manager through the recruitment process and use of UHN’s automated job posting and applicant tracking system
- Designing and updating screening and interviewing tools for Hiring Managers
- Meeting internal stakeholder expectations, while ensuring that processes and practices adhere to employment legislation, collective agreements, and all applicable policies
- Participating in other committees and projects as available and assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, with post-secondary study in Human Resources preferred
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience leading “full-cycle” recruitment processes, adhering to all legislation, corporate policies, and collective agreements
- Solid knowledge of automated recruitment systems and organizational processes in recruitment in the broader public sector, ideally in a unionized health care environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a track record of providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
