**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, scanning and organizing documents
- Oversee front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment for patients
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule flexibility is an asset as schedule is variable based on team members holidays and sick time. We take pride in offering flexibility with the schedule for all team members as work life balance is important to us

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office administration or a similar role is an asset
- Experience with chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, kineisiology in a professional or personal level is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
