**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide Warranty Letters and Clearance Certificates to Customers
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment operation
- Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing information

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
