NAIT is on the lookout for our next Recruitment Advisor to join our hardworking team in HR Consulting Services. Reporting to the Manager, HR Consulting Services, we’re seeking an experienced, collaborative, self-motivated professional eager to truly own full recruitment lifecycle responsibilities for our Institute. A strong client focus and excellent HR customer service play an important part to be successful in this role. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all recruitment processes for entry to intermediate level positions
- Collaborate with HR Consultants and Hiring Managers to establish recruitment priorities
- Collaborate with business areas to develop posting strategies to attract top caliber talent
- Prepare job postings in line with HR Consultants and business areas advertisement plans and post jobs on internal and external job boards
- Develop and / or collaborate on the development of interview plans and select appropriate assessment tools to ensure best interview process is used
- Chair interview panels taking detailed notes
- Ensure interviews are fair, consistent and in alignment with Human Rights practices and our respective Collective Agreements
- Establish offer details and salaries in line with pay scales
- Work collaboratively with the broader Recruitment Enhancement Team to implement measures identified in our Recruitment Enhancement Plan
- General recruitment related administrative duties including file maintenance and routine data entry
- Provide backup support and leave coverage for Recruitment Assistant
- Other responsibilities and project work as required

**Skills & Abilities**:

- A real passion for recruitment and drive to connect the right people to the right opportunities
- Must be a self-starter, be accountable and be extremely organized. This position works in a very fast-paced environment, running several competitions simultaneously
- The successful incumbent must have a strong client support focus and be an effective communicator with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Although the recruiter will work very collaboratively with other HR team members and others across all NAIT areas, they must also be able to work independently, display good initiative, be self-aware and have excellent time management skills
- Embracing of equity, diversity and inclusion
- Possessing a strategic focus and mindset
- Must be administratively savvy and adept with organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential to success in this role
- Desire to have fun while working hard

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years of full recruiting experience
- Previous experience in a post-secondary institution is preferred
- Experience in the use of Peoplesoft and StartDate would be a definite asset
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

**Remuneration**:$53,242.54 - $70,544.50 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
