**Part Time Client Services Coordinator - Hybrid**

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between Lending Hand Home Care and its clients, their families and our caregivers. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating client schedules with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional attitude with all clients, team members and external customers.

Flexible availability would be an asset with required participation in the two week after hours on call rotation.

Starting rate of pay would be between $21.00-$23.00 an hour.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone calls and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
- Coordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on all clients throughout their care with Lending Hand Home Care
- Appropriately schedule staff to ensure continuity of care in the provision of service delivery
- Update and maintain an electronic client database
- Generate and distribute various scheduling and billing reports
- Provide administrative support to other Client Services Coordinators
- Other office administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be available every two weeks to join the after hours on call rotation (at additional compensation)
- Must have a quiet confidential space to work from home (Hybrid Position)
- Must have access to high speed internet
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience working for a community health provider is preferred
- Experience with scheduling and balancing of hours
- Strong problem solving skills
- Courses in medical administration or health care training is an asset
- An ability to work independently
