WLT Distributors is a small family business operating for more than 30 years. From our Winnipeg/Oak Bluff office we manage the movement of bulk goods from around the world to our customers in Canada and USA. We have been growing and are looking for help.

The position is permanent full-time with a competitive benefits package.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.

Coordinating incoming messages and documents, routing, and recording.

Preparing and distributing reports, and other documents.

Organizing and maintaining records and filing systems.

Responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.

Banking and running errands.

Providing support to other administrative related projects or duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Business Central and Intuit Quickbooks an asset.

Must have transportation.

Must love dogs.

**Skills**:
Demonstrate strong organization skills.

Effectively manage time while balancing multiple priorities.

Clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.

Focus on detailed accuracy when dealing with a high volume of work.

Contribute as a team member and share equally in the exchange of ideas.
