Acquire Wealth Management is seeking a full-time Administrative Supervisor based at our 53 South Landing Drive location in Oak Bluff. If you thrive in a service driven, client focused workplace, we could be looking for you.

**Key Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With**:
**Processing Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation of documents, correspondence and paperwork for client appointments.
- Responding to client requests in a timely manner and acting as liaison between advisors and clients, as required
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating Outlook, including daily updates with advisors (as necessary).
- Coordinator and Owner of Acquire Annual Calendar which includes:
- Key Dates for annual processing of investment transactions ie. RRSP/TFSA.
- Key Dates for maturity listings and notices from our GIC portfolio
- Key Dates for Client Reviews (in coordination with specific service levels)
- Key Dates for renewal listing of upcoming insurance renewals
- Key Dates for GIC confirmation processing
- Key Dates for Regular Compliance Deficiency requirements for our mutual fund database
- Ongoing management of Advisors' assets under administration including daily review of maturities, no-action maturities and client statements.
- Maintenance of daily diary system to ensure all transactions are processed and followed-up in a timely manner.
- Day-to-day transaction preparation and processing of GIC transactions as required.
- Data entry and regular Redtail CRM uploads of documentation relating to client investments and insurance transactions.
- Preparation and delivery of daily deposits may be required.
- Follow-up of all transactions to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Assist answering telephones and general reception duties, as required
- Ongoing filing and organization of filing for various companies to ensure up to date at all times.
- General administrative duties and ongoing projects may be required from time to time.
**Education, Certifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on supporting office operations or managing administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with office software and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, basic CRM systems).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
