Recrutement (90 %)
- Gérer de manière indépendante le processus de recherche et de sélection pour les postes de magasin.
- Prendre des décisions indépendantes quant au repérage initial, à la sélection et à l'entrevue.
- Conseiller efficacement les gestionnaires d'embauche des magasins et être en mesure d'influencer les décisions d'embauche.
- Cerner, sélectionner et exploiter les réseaux externes, les organismes professionnels, les ressources et les données démographiques du marché pour reconnaître et recruter un large éventail de talents externes.
- Maintenir la communication avec tous les partenaires d'affaires connexes afin de s'acquitter de toutes les fonctions relatives à l'attraction de talents; combler les lacunes de communication pour assurer une dotation en personnel efficace.

- Développer des stratégies de recherche et de recrutement qui respectent et dépassent les plans d'embauche et qui augmentent considérablement les talents dans la région.
- Aider à la création et à la tenue de nouvelles initiatives de recrutement.
- Diriger et s'acquitter des projets spéciaux assignés.
- Assurer l'uniformité, l'efficacité et le respect des lois fédérales et provinciales et des politiques de l'entreprise.
- S'assurer que toutes les activités d'attraction de talents sont conformes aux procédures de repérage, de recrutement et de sélection établies, y compris la tenue de registres appropriés.

- Parfaite maîtrise du français canadien et de l'anglais.
- Capacité à collaborer et à communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe des RH et des autres équipes.
- Comprendre comment faire une impression au téléphone et par courriel.
- Esprit d'équipe solide possédant un sens aigu de l'urgence et de la motivation.
- Connaissances des lois et des règlements en matière d'emploi.
- Gérer efficacement les priorités multiples et changeantes au sein d'un environnement à rythme rapide tout en atteignant les objectifs de dotation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Maîtrise approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Expérience antérieure avec les logiciels et les outils d'attraction de talents.

**EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE ANTÉRIEURE ET EXIGENCES EN MATIÈRE D'ÉTUDES**
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience en recrutement.
- Les connaissances, les compétences et les capacités habituellement acquises dans le cadre du programme d'études universitaires ou d'un diplôme équivalent dans un domaine d'études lié à l'emploi.
- De préférence, expérience en recrutement pour les magasins de détail.
- Expertise en recrutement et connaissances des outils de recherche sur Internet et solides stratégies de repérage.
- Expérience dans la création et l'exécution d'un large éventail d'initiatives de recrutement.
