Within Canada, our operating banners of Nedco, Westburne & Rexel Atlantic allow us to serve our customers through a network of 200 + branches across the country, ensuring that local service, inventory availability and knowledgeable support are close by.

We are currently looking for a **Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator (6 Months Contract) **for our Head Office in Mississauga.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize networking opportunities such as professional associations to identify referrals
- Other administrative tasks as needed including but not limited to (Maintaining spreadsheets/scheduling, and coordinating interviews)
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
- Ability to find alternative methods for sourcing qualified applicants in remote areas across Canada

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
- 1+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong written and communication skills
- Must be aware of Boolean search and to run a search on internal external job boards (Ex. Indeed).
- Strong work ethic and excellent problem solver
- Positive attitude
- Accuracy and Attention to detail (must)
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deliverables and priorities
