  • Conducting screenings, interviews, and making job offers to qualified candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholder.

Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience is similar field.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
