As a Financial Solutions Manager, you will support and work with our members to recommend banking, lending and investment solutions that meet the unique needs of our members. You will also manage a portfolio of Prospera members and grow and develop those member relationships. In addition, you will support the branch team on a daily basis.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide lending, investments, and cash-related expertise support and advise.
- Maintain high service quality standards and incorporate the strategic selling process in member interactions, build rapport with our members and look for opportunities to develop member relationships.
- Develop maintain, and grow the branch wealth management portfolio, including both mutual funds and term deposits.
- Meet with our members to identify their needs and ensure products meet their needs and demonstrate opportunities to generate sales leads. Refer members to other business experts and collaborate to promote a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
- Analyze current wealth management products and prepare required documentation for the purchase of recommended mutual funds.
- Prepare documentation and approve loans within current limits; refer loans above limits or exceptions to branch management or corporate with rationale as to why the loan should be approved.

**What you bring**:

- 2 years’ experience working in a front-line and/or sale roles proven experience in a financial services environment and have knowledge of retail lending or deposits.
- Knowledge of deposit-related products, personal lending, mortgages, registered and non-registered investments and mutual funds.
- Mutual fund licensed.
- Completion of Prospera’s Investment Funds and Strategies course within 12 months of hire date
- Excellent product selling, cross-selling, and referral skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop member relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people.
- Self-motivated and a sales-oriented approach.
- Technology savvy and skilled in banking and/or CRM systems.
