**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments for our construction staff and ensuring their availability. You will be responsible for coordinating with our construction team to ensure that they are available to meet with clients at their preferred times.
- Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of our company's offerings and be able to explain them to clients clearly and accurately.
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner. This may involve investigating issues, communicating with our construction team, and finding creative solutions to ensure that clients are satisfied.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database. You will be responsible for keeping track of client interactions, appointment schedules, and other important details in our database.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our construction team, marketing team, and other customer service representatives to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred. Ideally, you should have experience interacting with clients and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus. While not required, knowledge of construction industry terminology will be helpful in this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. You should be able to quickly analyze situations and find creative solutions to problems.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Our company operates on a flexible schedule, so you should be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
