About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT Operations and Client Success to join our team at Bell. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our IT operations and client success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for IT operations and client success, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the IT operations and client success teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Success
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the IT operations and client success budgets, ensuring they are aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT operations and client success professionals.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in IT operations and client success.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of IT operations and client success principles and practices.
    • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
    • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience
    • Experience working in the IT services industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Education
    • University degree or higher in a related field, such as business or computer science.
