As a Client Success Manager at Federal Truck & Trailer Repair, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their accounts and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure that they receive exceptional service at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor client accounts, track service usage, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction, service delivery, and account performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $20.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
