We are seeking an amazing **Client Success Support **team member to help support our Client Success Team in working with clients to keep their employees safe and health with the help of the 1Life Software Platform.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in Client Service and/or Administration or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in entire MS Office suite.
- Quickly adapt to new technology with stellar computer skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and maintain attention to detail
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- This role is full time with opportunity for advancement based on demonstrated performance and initiative.
- Assist the Client Success Team with support, onboarding and ensuring the continued success of the clients.
- Responsible for providing support so that the client success team is performing in their highest and best functions at all times.
- Booking Client meetings and Manage calendar and appointments.
- Prepare for appointments such as scheduling meetings, prepping proposals/documents and research.
- Ensure that CRM / Project Management system is high functioning.
- Ensure integrity of confidential information.
