Join our client's Sales Team as a Market Research & Branding Analysis Specialist. Our client offers a supportive and flexible environment where you can make an impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to inform business strategies, product positioning, and market entry plans.
- Brand Development & Strategy: Develop and enhance the company's brand through strategic messaging, creative campaigns, and positioning within the automotive industry. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Brand Assets Management: Oversee the management and updating of the company's brand assets, including the brand book, corporate overview, business cards, MS templates, and logos. Ensure all brand assets align with market research findings and strategic goals.
- Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough pricing analysis, including internal cost assessments, competitor pricing evaluations, customer pricing considerations, and market pricing trends. Use this analysis to guide pricing strategies and optimize product positioning.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as print and social media, ensuring alignment with market research insights and strategic objectives.
- Collaboration & Sales Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Provide sales support through annual strategy development and recommending event participation to meet key objectives and target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data to measure ROI, refine strategies, and drive marketing success.

**Requirements**:
Must Haves:
1. A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience.

2. Proven experience in market research.

3. Educational background in marketing, research, statistics, or engineering.

4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

5. This role does **not **involve digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or marketing preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a history of achieving results.
- Creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing communications, with demonstrated success in the industrial B2B segment.
- Experience in developing brand strategy and marketing communications.
- Familiarity with B2B industrial trade shows.
- Proficiency with MS Office and design tools.
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
