About CAA Club Group
CAA Club Group is seeking a Marketing Database Analyst to enhance our Marketing Analytics and Insights team. This position is pivotal in ensuring data governance and providing analytical support, which includes the upkeep of the Marketing Analytics Datamart, data integration, and the development and implementation of predictive models and analytical tools. Please note that candidates lacking experience in SAS and SQL will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Marketing Analytics Datamart, ensuring daily data refreshes and monthly rollups while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Detect data and process discrepancies, promptly communicating impacts to both internal stakeholders and external clients, and assisting in problem resolution.
- Create and sustain intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor marketing data performance.
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing and data quality assurance. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Marketing during new system launches or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with standards for all campaign data transfers. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate these processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support the Supervisor of Marketing Data & Analytics in exploring, preparing, interpreting, and integrating both internal and external data to address the evolving business requirements.
- Assist marketing lines of business in adopting and implementing customer segmentation, predictive models, and analytical tools developed by the team, promoting a member-centric strategy.
- Collaborate with various analytics teams across the organization to stay updated on the latest data trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or Commerce.
- Over 5 years of experience in analytics, particularly in database marketing data governance, campaign management, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- More than 5 years of marketing analytics experience in sectors such as retail, travel, insurance, CRM, or loyalty programs.
- SAS Certified Advanced Programmer (SAS 9).
- 5+ years of experience in SAS/SQL programming with large datasets.
- Strong collaborative skills paired with excellent communication and storytelling abilities, acting as a bridge between data and business.
- Experience with BI reporting and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for over 5 years.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling is advantageous.
