Working closely with a driven sales team and crew members, the Sales Manager’s mission is to drive sales by following up on warm leads from advertising, maintaining a strong customer base, attracting new customers, and expanding H2GO's business opportunities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage “warm” inbound leads via advertising efforts, create quotations, and maintain our CRM system
- Support with sales growth by identifying new customers, building relationships & creating new opportunities
- Book services for new and repeat customers, providing service knowledge details to help resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage & achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop & execute strategies for growing sales
- Schedule service jobs in the H2GO calendar, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of service details.
- Keep a record of customer interaction using H2GO’s CRM system
- Effectively communicate schedule changes to customers and crew members, updating appropriate software.
- Proactively reach out to former and potential customers to drive business.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Track and present key business metrics to the Executive team on a weekly basis.
- Use exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve issues as they arise and strive for first-call resolution.
- Support the business with ad hoc tasks and projects, as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in a sales professional role preferred
- Self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-prioritize daily tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with high levels of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to act and react quickly while working on several tasks at the same time.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, other departments, and business partners.
- Skilled in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Forms, etc.).
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2-4 years of Sales Professional experience preferred
- Working experience with CRM systems is considered an asset, specifically Hubspot

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
