**About us**

Grimsby Chrysler Dodge is a small dealership doing big business. Great service and sales team, a fun bunch who work well together. We carry all new Stellantis models and a wide variety of preowned vehicles.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective customers with finding their ideal vehicle and ensuring a smooth purchasing process. Your exceptional sales and communication skills will be essential in qualifying and meeting the customers needs, promoting our vehicles and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Conduct vehicle walk arounds for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Respond to inquiries and leads from potential customers, providing accurate information about available units, pricing, and lease terms
- Assist customers with ensuring they are purchasing the right vehcile for their needs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential tenants
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
