**Position: Sales Manager - Power Washing Business**
**Job Overview**: As the Sales Manager for H2GO, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage a team of sales representatives, and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, operations, and leadership teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales processes and strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets and market expansion.
- Train, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales targets. Part of this responsibility involves conducting performance reviews to assess their progress and growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and product/service improvements.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances, to expand our market presence.
- Assist sales representatives with sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and address customer inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales management, preferably in a service-based company or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to devise and execute innovative sales strategies.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with power washing or exterior cleaning services is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Location**: This position is based at our headquarters in Grimsby, Ontario. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
