**We Are Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate property sales and leases, presenting offers to sellers for consideration.
- Prepare and review contracts and agreements.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and participate in educational opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
- Valid real estate agent/broker license.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
