Access Community Services Inc. is a non-profit agency funded by the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

**Additional Qualifications**: Ability to implement and monitor systems to improve work flow; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and social media platforms. Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a high degree discretion and confidentiality. Time management skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and an ability to learn quickly are expectations for this position.

Successful applicant will be required to submit proof of a current Criminal Reference Check including Vulnerable Sector Search, a valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract.

20 hours per week with occasional weekend or evening hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
