**About the Role**:
Vitacore is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated sales intern with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a self-starter and highly motivated individual, you will join our team and serve as our Account Manager-Intern; this role will have you selling both on the phone, virtually, and face to face and will be great for any motivated individual looking to start a career in Sales. We will proudly provide the training on our products and services. You will be working closely on a high-performance team led by our Director of Sales. Your focus will be to grow our customer and distribution base in the Canadian Healthcare sector. Private or Public sector sales experience is required in the Medical, Long-Term Care, Dental Industries and Retail.

**Essential duties of the Account Manager**

**Actively maintain existing client accounts**:
Team-selling approach partnered with our Director of Sales, you will conduct regular business meetings with active accounts; lead ongoing training and educations; coordinate marketing initiatives; collaborate on territory account management strategy, including the deployment of business development and growth plans, new product penetration and market share expansion within our Account/Distributor base customers.

**Drive growth by adding new accounts/Business Development**:
Develop a robust pipeline of leads which include market leaders; conduct cold calls; qualify leads; educate and market to prospects on Vitacore’s products & Services; convert leads into customers through follow-up calls/visits, strong persuasion and communication skills, and a collaborative, consultative approach; work with Distribution Representatives to drive new business growth throughout territory.

**Represent the Vitacore brand positively**:
Share your passion as a locally Canadian manufacturer or products and services with enthusiasm; ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio and ability to clearly promote our products’ value; demonstrate continuous personal development by being open and receptive to the Director of Sales’ coaching and customer feedback; communicate clearly and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in a recognized post-secondary educational institution
- Computer skills (E-mail, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM / Salesforce and similar programs)
- Extremely comfortable in engaging new clients
- Competitive hourly wage

- Exceptional, engaging communication skills in English (including written, verbal, and non-verbal communication)
