**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are looking for ambitious and outgoing individuals to join our team as a _Sales Coordinator_ The Sales Coordinator will complete a range of clerical tasks to support the function of the Account Management and Business Development teams. Collaborating with the Account Managers, the Sales Coordinator will help support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities. They are expected to provide high quality
administrative support and customer service. The Sales Coordinator will be familiar with a variety of services, practices and processes and will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Objectives & Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:_
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Business Development Team with variety of
tasks, including, but not limited to setting up new customers/accounts, updating accounts in OSC,
data entry and organization
- Assist Sales team with taking new inquiry calls and sending out leads
- Creating new annual and monthly quotes for Account Managers and Business Development Team in
OSC and preparing proposal letters
- Process quote approval in OSC from clients and assist in coordination to Scheduling and Service
Teams
- Responsible for annual renewal process from creating quote, sending letters and submitting quotes
in OSC
- Commitment to ongoing education and training to obtain a vast knowledge of Community Fire
products and services
- Help promote a company culture that encourages coaching, communication, leadership, inclusion,
and high morale
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, judgement and
initiative
- Additional duties as assigned

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Previous experience in an Administrative Sales role or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary degree in sales, business, communication or related field is highly regarded.
- Good communication skills including both verbal and written.
- Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking, planning, time management and decision-making skills.
- Strong typing and computer skills including proficiency with various software such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with CRM systems preferred.
