Reporting to the Director, Innovation & Transformation, the Change Management Lead drives and supports comprehensive change management programs in support of the WEST strategic initiatives. The Lead provides an understanding of the change continuum and acts as an internal consultant to the project team and organization bringing leadership to project goals and objectives; supporting programs and teams to enable people readiness and excellence in care and service in the future state. In addition, this position analyses change solutions, interdependencies and timing of change initiatives between the project and the organizations. This position also assists with the planning, implementation and monitoring the outcomes of change initiatives, and works closely with the project Communications team to ensure effective and efficient movement through the project life cycle.

**What you’ll do**
- Leads project change initiatives through planning, implementation, integration, evaluation and ongoing monitoring; Provides skilled leadership throughout each step in the process at all levels in the project team.
- Create, update and manage the Change Management Plan. Integrate Change Management into each component and activity of the project. Coordinate change management activities with other project team leads, HA reps. Plan and oversee communications and training as key components of Change Management. Utilize the Prosci ADKAR change management methodology.
- Provides Change Management education, training, and support to project team members, project sponsors, stakeholders and staff.
- Develops, monitors and manages budget related to change management activities and ensures adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develops clear communication channels including; decision matrices and risk escalation processes.
- Researches and develops processes, tools and techniques to effectively prepare for, manage and reinforce change activities for the project.
- Develops change management status reports; Tracks and reports project change management activities, metrics and goals through project governance structures, providing regular updates to project leadership, including risks and issues.
- Liaises with change management networks to ensure integration and alignment of project change activities
- Provides supervisory guidance and direction to Change Management project resources. Maintains full accountability for all personnel including hiring, termination, and handling discipline problems.

**What you bring**

**Qualifications**:

- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master’s Degree in leadership, business administration or equivalent, plus a minimum of five (5) years’ recent related experience in leading change or organizational development activities with training in change management, communications, leadership development, facilitation, quantitative and analytical skills and conflict resolution. Experience in healthcare environments and complex system implementation projects is preferred.
- Broad knowledge of project management, change program design, methods affecting an organization, developing and managing project communication strategies, organizational readiness assessments, evaluation and monitoring, principles, how change management methodologies integrate with project management and contribute to meeting business objectives. Demonstrated ability in leading change management in a complex project and organizational environment, analytical problem-solving to develop progressive, creative and innovative project-wide solutions.
