We are seeking an organized, **bilingual (English/Spanish) **and driven individual to join our team. The Office Manager will work **on-site** supporting the CEO & President, and the CFO in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a highly organized, accurate, and resourceful professional who anticipates needs and thrives in delivering superior support in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be the point of contact for internal and external requests, responsible for organizing travel itineraries, coordinating meetings and agendas, managing correspondence and being a source of organization and coordination for the Executive and team as required.

This role frequently handles and translates highly confidential and specialized information, including sensitive, strategic, and organizational issues.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential executive administrative duties for the CEO & President and the CFO including the preparation and collation of written reports and materials.
- Organizing and managing calendars
- Schedule meetings, appointments, travel plans and itineraries
- Compile expense reports and contact lists for senior management
- Coordination of all meetings, including collecting, translating, and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff, team, and external partners
- Taking minutes (translating when needed) and following up on action items during meetings when needed
- Build cooperative relations with the Management team to support the activities of the CEO & President and the CFO.
- Responsible for all areas of office administration, including liaison with building personnel and coordinating maintenance of office equipment as required.
- Building in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature diplomatically
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, board directors, employees, and other external partners
- Coordinating multiple projects, procedures, and cross-border communications between executives, partners, and team members in Canada and Peru ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintaining SEDAR and SEDI reports up to date.
- Creating Social Media posts with the content provided by Executives and other team members (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Work with other team members to develop and maintain systems that support the smooth, successful, and integrated operation of the administrative function.

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- 3-5 years of administrative experience, including supporting executives
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- A desire to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
- A self starter who enjoys working under little direction \
- Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization.

- Communications - articulate with strong writing and editing skills in both English/Spanish.

- Accurate and detail-oriented - able to produce accurate and complete information.
- Can-do attitude - able to meet challenges, learn quickly, handle pressure, and resolve problems while maintaining a positive, focused outlook.

**Required education, experience and/or training**:

- Experience supporting C-level executives in a professional, corporate setting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a senior-level administrative professional.
- University degree, or equivalent experience and professional development.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience working in a public company is an asset, as is experience in the resources sector.
