As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Administrator to help manage our documentation and support our field team of technicians.

**What You’ll Do**
- Entering and managing meter technicians’ work and documentation in our internal system.
- Keying data into our ERP and headend systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with project needs.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and other administrative duties as needed.
- Managing records and files in accordance with company standards.
- Supporting project managers in coordinating documentation for ongoing projects.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with programs such as Harvest for project and time management.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP systems and headend systems (a major plus). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- A desire to learn and grow within an administrative support role.
- Previous administrative experience is an asset but not required.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
