We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team.

Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

**We are looking for a Scrum Master who can**:

- Leads, builds, and coaches high-performing teams in the delivery of technology-related products or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project and business goals. May instruct or coach other professionals.
- Leads planning, team learning, and adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
- Enables a continuous learning environment, identifying ways to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
- Builds and applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.
- Recommends to the product owner and management in the definition and prioritization of technology-related outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
- Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintains backlogs.
- Removes roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture. Applies learnings to other development projects.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably in the FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that include product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of FinTech products and services, such as payment systems, digital banking, cryptocurrencies, or financial software.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remove roadblocks for the team.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
