About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Mobile Apps team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering digital products that meet the needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a mobile-first strategy to improve guest experience and increase engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital product development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile-first strategy to improve guest experience and increase engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, development, and testing, to deliver high-quality digital products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital product development
- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with the portfolio manager to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and their respective technologies
- Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Strong knowledge of web analytics and KPIs, with experience using tools like Google Analytics
