**Your Role**:
We are a team of creative individuals who love to translate and transform requirements into well thought out designs. We are looking for a collaborative, experienced Agile Software Project Manager to take our software to the next level.

**The Job**:
Reporting to the Product Manager of two of our in-house software projects, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating tasks for developers, designers, and other technical team members to advance software project development.
- Ensuring team members are equipped with necessary requirements and resources by following up with the Product Owner.
- Running daily stand-ups with the Developer Team.
- Implement and promote Agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban. Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and values.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Implement processes for continuous improvement.
- Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve conflicts within the team. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Tracking and assessing project performance and assisting in identifying required adjustments to achieve goals and objectives.
- Successful completion of 5 or more projects (9-12 months) from initiation to deployment and closure.
- Experience working on multiple projects concurrently.

**Nice to Haves**:

- 3-5 years’ experience working as an Agile Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, or business administration
- Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP) with a focus on Agile practices
- Ongoing professional development and learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
